Connecting FellowshipOne Premier with Church Analytics

Purpose of Importing Your FellowshipOne Premier Data into Church Analytics

Using Church Analytics, you can keep a near-real-time view of generosity reports at arm’s reach. Our system is designed to extract relevant data from your FellowshipOne Premier database to populate the reports in Church Analytics.


Creating an Account

We will take care of identifying and extracting the necessary data from your FellowshipOne database. In order to do so, we just need a few things from you:

  • The Church Code for your FellowshipOne database
  • An account created specifically for extracting the relevant data and importing it into Church Analytics

Steps to Setup An Account to Integrate with Church Analytics 

  1. Email (account login):
  2. Password: gloouser
  3. Navigate to Security Setup > Portal Users > Manage User Rights and select the following permissions to ensure the integration is able to extract the right information:
    • Contribution Rights
      • Contribution App (chk scan)
      • Contribution Read
      • Contribution Write
      • Move Contributions / Reciepts
      • Recent Account Contributions
    • Functional Rights
      • Administrator
      • Report Builder
      • Security Officer
      • Vitals
    • Reporting Rights
      • Administrator
    • Security
      • F1 Champion - All Access Rights
      • Power User - All Security Rights except Confidential Contact and Confidential Activities
  4.  Ensure the account has access to the "Core" Giving Reports
    • We use the report “Core Giving Records Export (v1.0)” Report Code X1050 to visualize your data

Sharing the Account With Gloo

Click Here To open the Gloo Data Intake Form

  1. Fill in all fields for your organization
  2. Click Provide Gloo Login Access to ChMS
  3. Fill in the Domain, church code, Username and Password as identified above
  4. Click Submit

Once the connection between FellowshipOne ChMS and Church Analytics is complete, data will sync about every two weeks.
